These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the sagilli platform, including all games, payment services, bonuses, and any other features available through sagilli.org. Please read them carefully before registering or using any part of the sagilli service.

sagilli is strictly for players aged 21 years and above. Registration by underage individuals is prohibited. Identity verification is required before withdrawals are processed, and accounts found to be held by underage persons will be permanently closed.
Each individual may hold only one sagilli account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed without notice. Any balance in a duplicate account may be forfeited. Your sagilli account is personal and non-transferable.
All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits at sagilli are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. Bonus terms — including game contribution rates, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps — are specified per promotion.
All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals at sagilli are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ are the accepted payment methods. No currency conversion fees are charged.
Any form of cheating, collusion, use of automated software, exploitation of software errors, or fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds. sagilli reserves the right to void any wagers placed in connection with prohibited conduct.
sagilli provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. Members are encouraged to use these tools. Players experiencing gambling-related harm may request self-exclusion, which will be processed immediately upon request.

By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the sagilli platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

sagilli reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence of eligibility may result in suspension or permanent closure of the Account and forfeiture of any balance therein.
Registration on sagilli is free and requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete information. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) sagilli account only. The opening of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited.
When registering, you must provide: a valid Philippine mobile number or email address; a unique password; and confirmation of your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account.
All information provided to sagilli must be true, accurate, and up to date. You must promptly notify sagilli of any changes to your registered information. sagilli is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to update your registered details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. sagilli recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) and using a unique password not used on any other platform. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. sagilli will never ask you for your password.
If sagilli identifies that a Member holds more than one Account, sagilli reserves the right to immediately close all duplicate Accounts, withhold any balances pending investigation, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform. Bonus funds in duplicate Accounts will be automatically forfeited.
sagilli is required to verify the identity and age of all Members before processing withdrawal requests. This verification process — commonly known as Know Your Customer (KYC) — is a regulatory requirement and a protective measure for Members.

In addition to a government-issued ID, sagilli may request a selfie photo for liveness verification and, where required, proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. sagilli reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals pending KYC completion.
Note for Philippine Members: KYC verification is a one-time process. Once your sagilli account is fully verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed without re-submission of documents unless sagilli determines that re-verification is warranted by account activity.
sagilli accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) only, through the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
E-wallet deposits via GCash, Maya, and QR Ph are typically credited to the sagilli wallet within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are credited the same business day. sagilli does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges independently.
By depositing funds into your sagilli wallet, you confirm that the funds are legally yours and are not derived from any unlawful activity. sagilli is not a financial institution and your wallet balance does not accrue interest. Deposited funds held in your sagilli wallet are ring-fenced and held separately from sagilli's operational funds.
In the event that a deposit is debited from your payment method but does not appear in your sagilli wallet within the expected processing time, please contact sagilli's 24/7 support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Do not attempt to re-submit the same deposit until you have received confirmation from our team.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by fully KYC-verified Members. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the method's availability for withdrawals.
sagilli reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Withdrawal requests may be declined or held pending investigation if sagilli has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The Real Money Balance is withdrawable at any time subject to KYC and minimum withdrawal conditions. If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is active and the wagering requirement has not been met, sagilli reserves the right to remove the bonus and any associated winnings before processing the withdrawal.
sagilli may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers to Members from time to time. All promotions are subject to the general terms set out below and any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.
The wagering requirement for a bonus specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) must be wagered before the resulting balance is eligible for withdrawal. Game contribution rates toward wagering requirements vary: slot games and fishing titles typically contribute 100%; live dealer games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%). Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or exploiting software errors — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, voidance of any winnings derived from the abused bonus, and may result in permanent Account closure.
All games available on sagilli — including but not limited to slots, live dealer games, bingo, fishing arcade games, RNG table games, and sports betting — are governed by the rules of the respective game as displayed within the game interface, read in conjunction with these general Terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sagilli platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

Upon Account closure resulting from a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real Money Balance may be returned to the Member's registered payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to sagilli, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding investigation. Members who close their Accounts voluntarily may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time.

Nothing in these Terms limits sagilli's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. sagilli's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
sagilli collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between sagilli and each Member. By registering on sagilli, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
sagilli does not sell, rent, or disclose Member personal data to third parties except as required for: payment processing, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and the provision of the gaming services described in these Terms. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a Member and sagilli, the Member should first contact sagilli's support team at [email protected], providing full details of the complaint. sagilli will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.
If a dispute is not resolved through the internal complaints process, it may be referred to an independent dispute resolution service. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism will be provided upon request from sagilli's support team.
sagilli reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sagilli will notify registered Members by email to their registered address and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of the amended Terms will be displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the sagilli platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date and withdraw any available balance.
